National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE)

The National Career Assessment Examination will be administered on November 19, 2014 as mandated by the Department of Education. The National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE) is an aptitude test that is geared toward providing information through test results for self- assessment, career awareness, and career guidance of all Grade 9 students.

This will help students in discovering their interest, skills and potential to help them choose their career path. The result of the test will be discussed with the students individually to help them select the course they would take in college.

The following are the things that students need to bring and during the day of the exam: two Mongol pencils (lead #2), eraser and sharpener, AM and PM Snacks, and Lunch. The total examination is 7 hours and 5 minutes. The exam will start at exactly 7: 30 a.m. and ends at 4: 41 p.m. Students are expected to be in school before 7:00 in the morning.
